Welcome to Aspire 8, Fitness Together’s new program that elevates your workout to a focused inspired transformation. Aspire 8 is designed to help clients achieve their fitness goals through eight progressive phases over a year’s time. This inspiring program starts with the new F.I.T. Consultation and Assessment, which creates a proprietary body type scoring. This classifies each client into one of four training zones. From there, we take personalization and goal specific program design to new heights with Aspire’s Phases, Levels and Modalities. Each fitness consultant works with their individual clients to build a custom program designed to progressively move them toward higher levels of fitness. As the workouts evolve, each client will see more improvement and attainment of their goals.
To create Aspire 8, our own Pete Piranio teamed up with fitness experts who specialize in programs that preach accountability and structure. Collectively, they have over 40 years experience training high profile and celebrity clients. Fitness Together now has an unrivaled system for success-based on demonstrable scientific principles that fitness experts (including our own) have successfully worked with throughout their careers. Fitness Together has your blueprint for success.
During your new F.I.T. Consultation and Assessment, you will be given a unique body type score based on your body type, health, medical history, fitness level, lifestyle, nutrition, posture, movement function and personal situation. Your unique body type score is the foundation for designing a program specifically to meet you where you’re at. And don’t worry, there is no pass or fail at FT – it’s a private personalized score you’ll see change as you aspire to higher levels of fitness.
This is where your goals come into the picture. We add further specificity to your program by selecting one of three levels based on your goals and zone classification. This upgrade to our current fitness programs has taken personalization to new heights and further enhances the consistent experience of each workout.
Customization doesn’t stop there. In phases we take your customization a step further with eight scientifically based and integrated phases that will be the road map to your annualized plan. The phases are carefully determined to meet specific fitness and physiological goals to keep your motivation high with fresh workouts and a change in stimulus to keep your body adapting.
Within each phase we have multiple work outs that break up muscle groups and differentiate each session. Every exercise is selected with intention, whether it’s for movement preparation, increasing strength, improving body function, building core strength, enhancing flexibility or cardiovascular endurance. The exercise sequencing is designed for optimizing the results of each and every work out and preventing injuries. The specificity of each exercise is not only psychologically beneficial, but physiologically beneficial by preventing over training and body fatigue. This also helps you stay motivated and keeps your body from reaching a plateau.
